SUSTAINABLE AND ETHICAL DIAMONDS
Affinity Diamonds’ Commitment to Responsible Luxury
At Affinity Diamonds, we are dedicated to sustainable and ethical business practices that reflect our commitment to doing good -for people, for communities, and for the planet.
We believe that true luxury should never come at the cost of integrity. That’s why corporate social responsibility is not just a policy for us - it’s a core part of who we are. From sourcing conflict-free diamonds to supporting Australian craftsmanship and reducing our environmental footprint, every facet of our business is built on transparency, accountability, and positive impact.
Our sustainability journey is ongoing, and we remain committed to responsible sourcing, ethical production, and giving back through initiatives that support social and environmental change.
OUR FOCUS

Ethics
Our actions reflect our commitment to honesty, fairness, sustainability, and social responsibility. Through this we build trust, reputation, and long-term success.

Environment
From ethically sourcing natural and lab-grown diamonds to using recycled metals and reducing waste in our workshops, we continuously strive to lessen our footprint while preserving the planet for future generations.

Philanthropy
Through social and economic development, we improve the lives of people in our community and demonstrate our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
Integrity, fairness, virtue
Our Community
We are committed to creating a workplace where each of our employees are valued and respected. As an organisation we strive to create an inclusive environment for our employees to be creative and thrive.

HONOURING TRADITION
Respecting Culture
As an organisation we recognise and honour the rights, traditions, and cultures of our Indigenous community. We actively promote cultural diversity by recognising and celebrating Indigenous cultures through events, artwork and partnering with Indigenous-owned businesses.
Affinity Diamonds commissioned an original Ngurambang Aboriginal Art piece by Wayne Martin which is proudly displayed in our Sydney Boutique. Discover the meaning behind this bespoke piece.
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
Sourcing our Precious Metal
All metals used in the production of our jewellery are sourced from suppliers that are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council. The Council ensures metals are sourced through channels that observe human rights, labour rights and working conditions. The health, and safety of workers, and the environmental considerations are factored into the Council's assessment of the supply chain.

Authenticity
Gemstone Supply Chain Transparency
Affinity Diamonds, as a member of the Diamond Dealers Club of Australia, sources all natural diamonds in accordance with the Kimberley Process. This United Nations initiative ensures that rough diamonds are mined and traded through non-conflict means, with these diamond being certified by the country of origin.
humanitarianism
Sponsorship & Donations
Affinity Diamonds aligns with our preferred charity partners each year, supporting causes in line with our humanitarian program. Our Charity Partners include Tour De Cure, FSHD Foundation, Steve Waugh Foundation, NSW Golf Club Foundation, AusRelief and Save our Sons.
We receive a number of donation and sponsorship requests, however we are unable to give to all. Each request will be looked at on a “case by case” basis and as much as we would love to agree to all, we are limited to what we can offer.
