Yes, we offer obligation-free consultations in our Sydney boutique by appointment only. You can also meet with one of our Diamond Merchants online via a virtual appointment.

Do Affinity Diamonds have any stockists?

Affinity Diamonds do not have stockists. All hand crafted pieces are sold via our website or from our Sydney boutique.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Can I ship to a PO Box?

PO Boxes will not be accepted as we require a signature on arrival.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Affinity Diamonds products are made to order and can take between 2-3 weeks dependant on the product.

Do you ship products overseas?

Affinity Diamonds ships to New Zealand, China, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.

What methods of payment do you accept in store?

Affinity Diamonds accepts VISA, Mastercad, American Express, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

 

PRODUCTION

Can I customise a pieces that is not available on your website?

Absolutely. At Affinity Diamonds, we are known for our bespoke items designed closely by you and our diamond merchants.

Where are your items made?

All Affinity Diamonds pieces are handcrafted in our Sydney-based workshop. You can view our workshop while visiting our Sydney CBD boutique.

 

REPAIRS

How can I repair my item?

To repair any items, please bring in your product to our our Sydney boutique.

How much will my repair cost?

All products are inspected by one of our merchants prior to repairing. The repair cost of each piece is dependant on the item and the degree of damage.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

All Affinity Diamonds pieces are entitled to a compliementary polish, plate and diamond check once a year. A cost will be incurred for any additional cleaning requests within the same year.

How can I keep my Affinity Diamonds pieces clean at home?

Between visits, we recommend purchasing our Diamond Jewellery Cleaning Kit . Our cleaning kit has been designed and curated to give your bespoke and handcrafted diamond jewellery pieces, a longer lasting shine.

Our Diamond Jewellery Cleaning Kit is suitable for use on gold or platinum jewellery.

How can I check my finger or wrist size?

WEAR

Can I wear my jewellery pieces every day?

Yes, Affinity Diamonds pieces are safe for everyday wear. Although we do suggest to avoid wearing your items during active outings, when applying makeup, aerols and/or cream(s) and whilst asleep.

Can I wear my diamonds while swimming?

We suggest to avoid exposing your pieces to salt water or chlorine as it may damage your item and impact your alloy overtime.
